Terms of use
Updated November 5, 2026. This describes how extractmydream.com works today.
These terms cover the public site and the customer portal at extractmydream.com. They also apply when the Dream Extractor native app connects to the same service. They describe the service as it works today. They are not a substitute for advice from your own lawyer.
What the service is
Dream Extractor provides coaching and educational conversations, worksheets, and planning tools. It is not psychotherapy, medical diagnosis, private investigation, legal advice, or financial advice. It does not guarantee a result. Dream Coins are prepaid coaching session credits. Packs cost $60 for one coin, $110 for two, or $200 for four, in USD. One coin covers 30 minutes; sessions can be 30 minutes, one hour, or two hours. Purchases use secure Stripe checkout when available, and scheduling uses Cal.com. Session times depend on availability.
Services marked “Coming Soon” are not for sale. The AI Dream Extractor is not part of this production site, and human-led services on this site do not send your private portal content to an AI model.
Dream Coins and appointments
Limited-time introductory offer: new clients can claim one free Intro Dream Coin after verifying their email. An Intro Dream Coin covers a single 30-minute session and cannot be combined to pay for a longer appointment. Our separate free 15-minute intro call does not use coins. Paid coins have no automatic expiry; promo codes and promotional rewards can have the expiry shown when offered.
Coins are reserved when an appointment is confirmed. Cancelling at least 24 hours before the session releases them; later cancellations forfeit them. Confirmed coin sessions include 30 days of Dream Pathway access. Contact us through the Learn More page for payment or refund questions. Unused coins from a refunded or disputed purchase are held for review.
Accounts
You create an account for yourself. Use a password of at least 12 characters. You are responsible for activity under your sign-in. New accounts are customers. Extractor and administrator access is granted separately by Dream Extractor and cannot be self-assigned in the portal.
What you submit
Do not put passwords, payment card numbers, government ID numbers, or emergency information in the contact form, journal, survey, or messages. Do not submit someone else’s private information without their permission. A testimonial is published only when you give permission in the portal. We do not place portal testimonials on the public marketing page automatically.
Using the site
Use the site for your own coaching inquiry and portal. Do not attempt to access another person’s account, interfere with the service, or send messages in volume that trips the portal’s hourly limit. We can suspend access that breaks these terms.
Changes
We can update these terms or the privacy notice as the product changes. The date at the top of each page is the version you are reading. Continuing to use the site after an update means you are using it under the current page.
