PRIVACY

Privacy notice

Updated November 5, 2026. This describes how extractmydream.com works today.

Dream Extractor operates extractmydream.com. This notice covers the public site, customer portal, and Dream Extractor native app when it connects to the same service. It is a plain-language description of the product, not a substitute for advice from your own lawyer.

What we collect

  • Contact form: your name, email, optional phone number, the service you ask about, and your message. Sending the form does not create an account, book a session, or take a payment.
  • Account: email address, the name you give us, and a password handled by our login provider. The app does not keep a copy of your password in its own tables.
  • Optional profile details you choose to save: nickname, how you want to be addressed, and a worldview display setting. That setting is a theme you pick. We do not treat it as a statement of religious belief.
  • Portal content you enter: discovery answers, dream journal entries, messages, feedback, and testimonials. A journal entry stays private unless you mark it as shared with your assigned extractor.
  • Communication choices: newsletter, reminder, phone, and direct-email switches. Those optional channels stay off until you turn them on. We store the time of each change.
  • Dream Pathway plans, coin grants and redemptions, payment references, appointments, and account administration audit records. Payment card details are handled by Stripe; they are not stored in our portal tables.
  • Staff notes and the deliverables an administrator publishes to you.

Who can see it

You can see your own portal content. An assigned extractor can see your discovery survey, messages, shared Dream Pathway, and journal entries you marked as shared. Administrators can see customer records they need to operate the service, including contact inquiries and published deliverables. Other customers cannot read your portal.

We use Supabase to store accounts and portal data, Vercel to host the site and collect basic page analytics, and Resend to deliver email we actually send. A one-time welcome email may be sent after a new, verified account first opens the portal, when email delivery is configured. A direct email from staff goes out only if you have opted in. We do not sell personal information.

On the public pages of the live site we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site, through session recordings and heatmaps of clicks, scrolling and page movement. Clarity does not record what you type into forms. The portal, sign-in pages, discovery assessment, planning workbook and administration pages are masked, so recordings do not show your journal, survey answers, messages or profile text. Microsoft may use cookies for this; see the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

What this production site does not do

The live site does not send your journal, survey, messages, or profile text to an AI model. The AI Dream Extractor is not available here. Recurring paid subscriptions are not offered. Stripe processes one-time Dream Coin purchases, and Cal.com processes session scheduling.

How long we keep it

Account and portal records are retained to provide the service and respond to your requests. You can delete your journal entries in the portal and request account or inquiry deletion through our contact form. Deletion requests may require identity verification; any remaining retention requirements will be explained when we respond.

Device storage and external services

The website uses browser storage for your sign-in session and selected worldview, plus Microsoft Clarity cookies described above. The native app can retain your session on the device. Use Sign out when you finish on a shared device; closing a browser is not a reliable way to revoke a session. The public assessment and planning workbook use on-screen state rather than automatically saving your answers to your account.

Cal.com processes booking information through the embedded calendar or our booking link. Stripe processes checkout and payment details through its secure payment form. These providers also apply their own privacy policies. Optional newsletter, direct-email and reminder preferences are separate from account-related emails. Saving a phone number does not activate SMS delivery or phone sign-in.

The separate test environment may offer an AI preview to specifically authorized test accounts after explicit consent. That preview uses an AI provider through Vercel AI Gateway. It does not automatically read production journals, surveys or private human conversations.

Your requests

Use the contact form on the Learn More page to ask for a copy, a correction, or deletion of your inquiry or account. Say which email address the account uses. We may need to confirm that the request comes from you before changing or deleting the record.
